Theme Manifest / "by" not translated into German?

    Hi, I'm using the beautiful Manifest theme and have switched to German, but I haven't found a way yet to change the "by" in the author line to the German equivalent "von". Any hints on what I may have overlooked?

    The blog I need help with is spieleninvierkirchen.wordpress.com.
