   Hey All,

   I'm not sure if this one can count but I'll give it a shot.

   I'm interested in seeing the Sugar Cane child theme of Thematic uploaded to the system. I'm guessing that since it's a Thematic child theme, that it must be be GPL, but I'll leave it to you guys to decide if it is and if it ought to be included, etc.

   The Sugar Cane Theme (desc. + demo) can be found at:

   Why should this theme be uploaded? For one simple reason: typography. From the post titles down to the <p> text, this designer has put typography first. We see this not just in the size of the font and the font types, but in the spacing as well. It's very easy on the eyes when reading, whether one is on a mac or a PC.

   Anyway, if Sugar Cane can't be added to the collection, I wonder if other themes with this elegant typography could be. It's the same kind of type we see in WP.com's own internal pages (i.e., on the home page, on the support pages, etc); I've often wondered why they don't showcase more themes with the same sort of look and feel.

   This is actually a "child theme" built on the themeatic framework, so they would actually have to incorporate themeatic and this child theme.

   Yeah, I realize that (as mentioned above). I understand that this theme suggestion requires Thematic, which is why I suggested they also consider themes with larger type to complement what WP.com has now..
