I am using Regulus, which I like very much. However, I would like to have my post titles listed either continuously, or grouped by month, down the left side. I've been browsing the available themes and haven't found one with that feature so far. Does it have to be built into the theme, or can it be added? I'm not yet familiar with Widgets.

The blog I need help with is jfistere.wordpress.com.
You can just use a theme with a left sidebar and put the Recent Posts widget into it.
