Themes..?

    Hi guys,

    First off, i'm a total newbie when it comes to wordpress overall, especially the customization parts.
    So i went ahead and bought the Custom CSS feature hoping i could import a premium theme. I honestly thought you'd host those files on WP, But i guess I was wrong. the Custom CSS feature only seems to accept CSS, so what about all the .php files I got with my premium temp?

    Clueless!

    The Custom CSS feature yes, only applies to CSS. You cannot import themes from elsewhere on the web, premium or not. Those are for WordPress.ORG blogs.

    Assuming you are talking about a WordPress.COM blog (because your username certainly isn't linked to one) it also helps to read the (more info) link before buying the upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

    Does the CSS upgrade let me upload my own theme?
    Not exactly. You can use the CSS upgrade with a “Skin” for the Sandbox theme, since these are normally CSS stylesheets.

    You can’t upload themes made of PHP or HTML files (which means most WordPress themes).This is for security and compatibility reasons. The only exceptions are for VIP bloggers.

    Also, from the Dashboard Upgrades Page:

    Just in case you're not happy with your upgrade we offer a limited refund on newly purchased upgrades.

    1. New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
    2. Domain renewals are non-refundable.
    3. Most other upgrades can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase.

    Contact support if you want to request a refund.
