   I'm trying to reshape all of my blog because I'm starting over; however, the site won't load any of the theme options and samples, not even the one I'm currently using. I've tried restarting my computer, logging in and out, and updating Adobe Flash Player. Do you think it has something to do with the fact that I've changed to Windows 8?
   Either way, when I try to open a theme sample, the screen goes white, save for a black bar along the right side which reads: Loading Design Tool. But it never loads. When I try to refresh, it simply returns me to the previous page.
   If you can help, I'd appreciate that, thanks! :)

   What browser and version are you using? Have you tried the Cookie Dance? That often helps. http://raincoastermedia.com/2012/05/01/the-cookie-dance/

   I'm just using the Internet explore browser. Thank you for the Cookie Dance suggestion, but it unfortunately did not work. This is a new computer and I'm new to Windows 8, so I don't quite know how to solve problems like I used to...I'll have to keep trying!
