"TheStyle" template vs french language

  1. Hi,

I just bought the new template "The Style" for my wordpress blog. I love it. Nice design.

The only thing... I write in french on my blog and there are some english words that I can't change in my settings.

    Ex:
    - Search bar: "Search this website"
    - Publications: "Posted by"
    - Bottom of the page: "Older posts"

Is there a way I can change these words?

    Thanks in advance.

    Marc-Andre

    P.S. Here's my blog: http://www.dicietdailleurs.ca

The blog I need help with is marcandrecarignan.com.

  2. You can suggest translations for these strings by yourself:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/translation-faq/

    Kind regards
    Torsten

  3. Hmmm. 2 strings *are* translated but still show up in English and "older posts" is not in GlotPress ... Needs to be checked by staff.

  4. Thank you for your help.

  5. Hi there!

There seems to be a problem with the theme itself and those strings not being translation ready.

As a premium themes customer, you do have access to an exclusive forum where you can get help from the theme authors themselves. In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help as they would need to make some changes to the theme files: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/thestyle

Let me know if you have any questions!

  6. Thank you for your help.
