Time Display problem

  1. Hi, I have issues getting time to display correctly on both posts and comments. (extralab.wordpress.com)

Date (configured F j, Y) works just fine.

Time (configured g:i a) will only display the first digit, e.g. 5 (for 5:26 pm).

I'm using the Hemingway template, and have seen it work just fine elsewhere.

    Thanks for your help,

    Dan

  2. I'm assuming that you have found the instructions and followed them and are experiencing some glitch but just in case you didn't find them here are the threads http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/07/04/how-do-i-set-the-time/
    editing the time stamp
    http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/post-options-post-timestamp/
I'm hoping these threads with contain information of use to you but if not then staff read the forum threads and if you post again they will know you still need help.

  3. Thanks Timethief, I had indeed read those before posting my topic.
    It's only a glitch I suppose...
Posting time appears as 5 or 10, no minutes, no am/pm.
    But thanks for the input...

    Cheers

    Dan

  4. Strange but I've not used the Hemingway theme.

Best bet would be to send in a feedback from your dashboard explaining the issue. (Please give specifics. Took me about five minutes trying to figure out where you were looking but, again, I haven't really used the theme) I'd also stick in a link to this thread so that staff sees that we've discussed it.

It may be a theme bug...

  5. Hi Mike, indeed it seems to be theme related. Ran aross another blog which has the same display problem.
    Thanks for the input.

    Dan
