Time Stamp doesn't always work

    I have tried to use the time stamp feature several times on several computers but it will only work if I am on a computer running VISTA. Very Odd. I don't know if it is a pop-up block or security issue. I have changed it and made te blog a safe site but it still doesn't work. when I click on the post link, the date and time briefly appears and then disappears. when the edit link is clicked, nothing happens. This feature does not work with the comments either.

    How can I fix this problem to work all the time?
