   How do I change the timezone?

   The blog I need help with is spartinlaws.wordpress.com.

   Try

   Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Pick a city in your time zone - remember to save changes (at bottom of page)

   I cant figure out how to get to the "General" part.. I have a free blog and anytime I try to find this section I get lost :/
