I have some issues with my wordpress that I am seeing. Above my new post when on the Visual or HTML tab I do not see anything having to rich text editing. Here is a image of what I am talking about.

I have reloaded the wp-admin and wp-includes folder just to be sure. This is happening on all browsers.
