Haven't had any trouble until this evening. I post through the Dashboard > Posts > New post. I have always used Text. I went to add a link, and I realized that the toolbar was missing ... just blank. No possibility to add a link.
I haven't done anything new, added anything, changed anything. After this happened, I did clear my cache, and re-booted the computer. However, the tool bar is still missing.
Any ideas? Keep it simple, please! Thank you.

WordPress is currently down. I am having the same problem as well. All we can do is just wait and hope for the staff to fix it.

@Hansy123 Please do not post things that you are not sure of, as they may lead to disastrous results if taken the wrong way. I used to be like you, but now I've learned to be more careful of what I say on the forums.
Just had to come back this morning and thank you once again for your reassurance last evening. As a new blogger, I was sure it was something that I had done, and your quick response was a huge relief.
