Can you reset the WordPress importer?

  1. Message says to contact support. Would you be able to fix the Import / WordPress issue so that I can import another wordpress file from another blog?

    Processing…
    We're processing your import now and will send you an email when it's all done. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we'll get everything fixed."

    I'm not sure if it is related, but this happened when I tried to import a second xml file with the same blog post name and date, but new content, as a test. The first import seemed to work fine, but the second import seemed to fail.
