I've noticed that recently in my Top Posts widget list on the sidebar, the same post will be mentioned twice on the list. Do you know why this is happening?
I've seen this on both my blogs: http://ethicalnag.org and http://myheartsisters.org

Top Posts are calculated over a period of 24 - 48 hours and take some time to change. See the support documentation entry http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/top-posts-widget/
It's interesting but I've used the TOP POST widget for several months and its been doing the same thing that czthomas described only for the past few weeks. Very strange.
I'm experiencing similar problems with the Top Posts widget!
