As long as they are on your site - if you send them an email that does not count - any visitor and all page views are counted - your visits are not counted if you are logged in to your account.

I choose to set my RSS Feeds to display only "summary" and not full post. This stopped the blog scrapers who were republishing my posts within moments of me publishing them. It also became an incentive for my subscribers to clik into the post and read it on my blog. Some subscribers did not like that and unsubscribed but I do not choose to devote my time to tracking done content thieves and making DMCA complaints so my content is removed.
If and only if you want to do this then go here > Settings > Reading
For each article in a feed, show
