I usually use the track comments to see the comments thread for the comments that I made into other blogs. That is easy tracking rather than subscribe all the comments thread that I made.
But recently it stop working. I can only see the thread that I comment about a months ago. Recent comment doesn't shows up.
Any clue?

I think you must mean "My Comments". The Dashboard > My Comments page tracks comments you’ve made across WordPress.com so you can see when people reply to you. Is that correct? That function is working on my blogs so please confirm whether or not it's working on yours.
