I am sorry to ask about something has already been asked about. I read the previous discussion on this issue, and tried to follow the discussion's instructions on trackbacks. I am a bit lost.
Could someone give me a step-by-step run down on how to do it please? Sorry to be a pain.

Sorry not solving your problem. I know how to use trackback, but it seems the trackback system on wordpress.com does not work correctly. I always failed to put a trackback onto another wordpress.com blog.
