   I contacted you guys 2 days ago, and I have not got a response back. I recently purchased the Traction Theme and I am very unhappy with the theme. I would like to be refunded for the the transaction.

   WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
