how do i increase my traffic and such for blogs like mine?
mine is about the process of an up & coming theatre company, we set it up to show people the hard work behind it all.. and once we get in rehearsal we will be blogging about that process too... Any tips.?

I would start by making sure you include the web address in any of your advertisements, show programs, etc. to get the word out to your audience about the blog. If you have a Facebook page for your theater company, link to your blog posts there to drive traffic to your site.
