mkecklerI purchase/registered a domain that should be now owned by the other user on the blog. How can I transfer the domain to a new owner, so she can renew it.

You will have to talk with staff about that directly, but there may be a waiting period like there is in transferring it to a new registrar. Staff will be able to answer that for you. Go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and search for anything, then at the bottom click the "no" button and the contact form will appear.
