  I can not transfer my domain to another registrar.
  I have tried to follow instructions here : http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
  But I can not find any “administration” link!

  Could you help me on this? Where can I find my authinfo code to transfer my domain ?

  Your domain is not registered with us, it is only mapped here.

  You need to process the transfer through your domain’s registrar.
