I transferred the bundle but domain mapping didn't transfer with it. I previously mapped a subdomain I already owned and now would like to map a domain I already own.

That shouldn't be a problem - could you include the URL of the old blog where the bundle was originally purchased as well as the new URL where you transfered the bundle?
