davejperryMy user name is davejperry I have a blog I set up called sweetbeatrice.wordpress.com I want to transfer that blog to a new user who's email address is [email redacted]. (preferred user name would be sweetbeatrice or lucynile)
Before I knew about transferring a blog I simply changed my user name and email address to [email redacted] with user name either lucynile or sweetbeatrice. (can't remember which).
Having relished that this is not the correct way to transfer a blog I attempted to do it right.
I went to my blog and clicked transfer I typed in [email redacted] but it tells me "You cannot transfer to that user"
The same goes for user name sweetbeatrice.
I can however transfer the blog to username lucynile but need to make sure it is the right username. Can you tell me if the username lucynile is connected with the email address [email redacted].
