I created a blog a long time ago named coyotesnake. I just created a new blog over coyotesnake. The tried to change the url of the old blog to the name of the new blog but instead of just changing the url, it created an entire new blog. Is there any way i can copy all the info from my old blog to the new one in one simple click or do i have to manually rewrite everything?
The blog I need help with is punkedbythegods.wordpress.com.
You can use the export/import tool.
Log into the old blog, go to Tools → Export and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.
In the new blog, go to Tools → Import → WordPress and upload the file you downloaded in step 2. You can choose the option to Download & import file attachments if you want to move your media files.
