Can you help transfer my subscribers to my .org site? I have migrated from .com but seemed to have lost everyone!

When I click migrate I get a checkbox which I click – and then nothing happens so I don’t get to a box which says
‘your follower migration has been queued’ -

That may be possible. What is your site’s current URL and what was your ______.wordpress.com URL?
