Transferred hosting, cannot login anymore.

    Hello,

    I transferred my blog to godaddy.com as I wanted to be able to use more themes. Now my login information will not work when I try to login to update my wordpress blog. I know I'm using the correct login information. I've called godaddy and they told me to contact wordpress to have the nameservers pointed to them, and also gave me the IP address if wordpress wants that.

    I cannot find any phone number or support email on this website to get someone to help me. I really need to login to my blog!

    P.S. I had to sign into a different wordpress profile just to make a topic in the forum, as I cannot sign into the profile I need to be using.

    The blog I need help with is supertori.com.

    I know supertori.com isn't hosted here. I logged in with this profile so I could find some help for my blog: momhair.net, which was/is hosted here.

    Are you sure this site was hosted with WordPress.com and not a WordPress.org installation on your original web-host?

    I checked the DNS records for your domain name and they do not appear to be pointed here, they are pointed to web-hosting.com.

    Yes, I went to wordpress.com and purchased the domain momhair.net through the site. Then I setup a blog. At first I thought I'd try it out instead of godaddy, until I realized I had less of a choice with themes (can't upload themes, and less to choose from).

    So I purchased a hosting package through godaddy and uninstalled then reinstalled WordPress there. Now I can't login at all, even though when I check my login info through WordPress and my godaddy account, I'm entering them correctly. I called GoDaddy and they said I have to contact WordPress.

    They are separate log-ins. There's no reason your Godaddy log-in would be the same as your WordPress.com one. Make sure you've got those straight.

    Have you reviewed this http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar and on your WordPress.com dashboard, what does it say on the Domains page?

    Both my login for the godaddy installation and wordpress.com were exactly the same. Just to be sure I've tried every other password I use and I still cannot login at wordpress.com. I've uninstalled WordPress at godaddy and my blog remained, which means wordpress.com is in charge, and I have no way of updating the settings (with the link you posted above -- yes I've already read that link by the way) without being able to login to my dashboard.
