I have a new wordpress site I am working on with Siteground.com as my host . I have a new domain name with them as well. I still have 6 months left on my custom design account that I want to transfer to the new site with the new domain name http://www.accessyourawareness.com - how do I do this?

I still have 6 months left on my custom design account that I want to transfer to the new site with the new domain name http://www.accessyourawareness.com - how do I do this ?? the blog that I originally purchased this upgrade with is intuitiveawareness.ca - which is probably now intuitiveawareness.wordpress.com as the domain has expired.
You cannot transfer upgrades from WordPress.com to different hosts, nor to different blogs. All upgrades are per blog, per year. If you transfer the content to a different host, the upgrades do not come along.
Note that at most independent hosts they are not necessary, as you have many of those things like Custom Design automatically.
