I registered a blog name (caseyandjenna.wordpress.com) but then found out that I can just change the address of my old blog (caseyandjennaskitchen.wordpress.com). Should I just delete that new blog that I created and proceed with the renaming of my current blog? Or do I do a transfer?

If you change the blog's address without keeping the old address, or if you delete the blog, then the old address will not be available again - deleted blogs cannot be restored and their address cannot be reused.
Just in case you might decide you want this address in the future, I suggest you use the change address tool, and choose to keep the old address. See detailed instructions in Changing Blog Address support page.

Thanks for the response. I've tried doing the change blog address and it wouldn't let me do it because that blog 'is already taken'. (already taken by me) Do i just use that new name and transfer everything over from the old blog? Or is that what you already suggested. Thanks.
