   How can I successfully transfer email and RSS followers from my wordpress.com site to my wordpress.org site?

   Staff can transfer only email subscribers. There is no way to transfer followers who only use the WordPress.com Reader and RSS feed subscribers.

   What's required is for you to install and activate the JetPack plugin and then return to this thread and post both URLs.
