Translation from English to French and vice versa

  1. Is there any way at all of inserting something like a translation button to translate English into French and vice versa? my website is studioceramicscanada.com. Many thanks.

The blog I need help with is studioceramicscanada.com.

  2. Google translation widgets are Javascript and it's stripped out to preserve security on this mutiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

I have translation on my WordPress.com blogs. There are two workarounds and you will find them here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/

If those do not suit you, you can write a blog post in the two languages and then post the two versions of the entry on the same blog, make each language category, create a custom menu and add the categories pages to it.

  3. I have the same problem (www.olatzgoicoechea.com) and I wanted to do the custom menu process, but I'm not sure that I can do it with a "primary" custom menu which would enable me to maintain the custom menu I have now. Many thanks.

You create a translation page and you then include that page into the existing custom menu.
