   What means "translation ready" describing a theme?

   It means that theme's strings are loaded in a database reachable for each language http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom and that you can translate them into other languages. WordPress has no automatic translation capabilities, every one may help in translating in his own language. You may propose a translation for the string you are interrested in and a validator will accept or not. As soon as validated, the updated string will replace the english version in your blog.

   Good idea for translation ready . like open source concept.
