   I tried to upgrade my account by paying $99 through my PayPal account, but it doesn't appear that the request went through. Can you help me?

   Dashboard > Store > Up Grades
   Dashboard > Store > Billing History

   Hi there - I don't see any attempted transactions under this account, so it looks like it didn't go through at all.

   Would you mind please trying again and let me know how it goes? If you get an error message, could you please tell me what it says, or upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?
