I am having trouble adding the html code into the text widget. I copy and paste the code into the text widget box and when I click save it dissapears.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Never ever post your email address in that form in an online forum. The spam address harvesting bots will be on it in no time flat.

When code is tripped out by wordpress.com software it usually means that the code is not allowed here. Please post the code between backticks and we will tell you what the problem is. This is a backtick` it's found on the same keyboard key as the ~ only in lower case.
