   I have a short video (podcast) I want to put on my blog. When I copy/paste the code (provided by the host site) into the "compose" window, it simply disappears when I hit "Save" as if I haven't done it. When I paste this in any of the fields in the "add media" pop-ups (I've tried both audio and video), it also disappears. Advice?

   The code is:

   iframes, javascript, flash and forms are not allowed here due to security concerns.

   You might be able to use the vodpod button to put it into your blog but I don't know for sure.
