Im having trouble embedding a song from zippyshare into my blog. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I just copied the embed code from the zippyshare website into my html editor. Unfortunately that didn't work. Here's the link for the track.

Most likely, it's not an approved embed type. Because of our blogs' shared backbones, we have very strict security here, and all javascript is stripped out.
What exact CODE did you use to embed the player? Paste it here between backticks and maybe we can figure a workaround for you.

I'm sorry but raincoaster's hunch was correct the JavaScript code is being stripped out by the software to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform.
oh man, thats a shame. Well, I appreciate everybody's quick responses. I was apprehensive about asking questions on here, but now I'll definitely be on here a lot more. Thanks!
@abhia90, if they offer the player in flash instead of javascript, then most likely the gigya shortcode could be used to embed it here.

If they don't offer it in a flash version, take a look at the examples Panos has and see if there is another one that would work for you. You can also look around for another on the web that is flash based and then use the gigya shortcode.
