trouble with albeo theme

  1. how do I change the symbol next to the title name on the albeo theme?

    The blog I need help with is kupkix.wordpress.com.

  2. You will have to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing.

  3. Oh no! I'm so sorry. I just realized this thread is in the CSS Forum. I apologize.

    I hop this helps http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-do-i-replace-image-and-title?replies=7#post-1140894

  4. That symbol is an image:
    https://wpcom-themes.svn.automattic.com/albeo/images/logo-icon.png
    What exactly do you mean by "change"? change its colors? replace it with a different image? remove it?

  5. To change the image next to the site title on the Albeo theme, this CSS can be used as a starting point:

    .header h1 a,
    .header h1 a:visited,
    .header .LogoText h1 a:hover {
    	background: url(http://s.wordpress.org/about/images/logos/wordpress-logo-32-blue.png) no-repeat left;
    	padding-left: 45px;
    }

    I used a WordPress logo as an example image, but you can change the url() value to use a different image. You should also adjust the padding depending on your image size.

    To see the CSS in action, add it to your WordPress.com dashboard in the Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS panel.
