Trying to change something so simple w/NO support

    I'm getting zero support from WordPress with something so simple it's embarrassing...both for me, since I can't figure out how to change it, and for WordPress because I've sent 4 inquiries to Support and it seriously seems like they don't even read my question.

    I am NOT trying to change the tagline. Please look at my home page. I'm trying to change the part that currently says "good food that me and my friends make".

    They replied "You can change this text at Appearance -> Theme Options in your dashboard."

    Where in this section can I change it exactly??

    On the left side of your dashboard in the vertical navigation module, go down to Appearance and click on it and then click on theme options. It is the welcome message and/or title.
