trying to embed iframe into my blog

    any ideas?

    The blog I need help with is freelanddesign.wordpress.com.

    That's not possible on a free hosted WordPress.com blog as it's a restricted code that's stripped out by our software for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
