I found how to move my self-hosted, in your support site but I can't see in the tool menu in my dashboard the import too, what can I do?

You will need to register a username account at WordPress.org aon the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/suppport/ When you do that you will be able to post to those support forum which are the correct ones for asking questions about your WordPress.org install.
