Tumblr-style Post Type Icons

Hello, I was wondering if any of you web geniuses could help me with this. I am currently using the Bueno WooTheme, which I am told does not support Post Formats. I was just wondering if there was a workaround for this so that I could display icons for the categories that a particular blog post.

Let's say I write a blog and I assign "Blog, Movies, Reviews" categories. I would like for the blog post to display 3 icons next to the post (stacked, vertically down the left side) that show blog, movies, and reviews. I've linked to a mock-up I created to help you see what I'm trying to do.

I stumbled on a plugin called Category Icons, and was able to get 1 icon to display (with a hefty amount of ugly CSS hacking) but for the most part, all it did was push my content further down the page leaving an ugly gap between the Post Title and Post Entry.

Any suggestions? I appreciate any advice you can give me!

Are your referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog or not? We Volunteers need you to post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question please. Without it we cannot provide accurate answers to your questions.

You refer to a plugin. Well there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins, so that's an indication that you are probably posting to the wrong support forum and need to post to http://wordpress.ORG/support/
