Some ideas ~
Tumblr Widget - streaming from Tumblr (like the FB and Twitter ones)
Site Map - so we can find things without wasting the engineers' time
Relocating and resizing images on the edit page - so us perfectionists don't have to keep deleting the image that's the wrong size on the wrong bit of the page, and going back to re-post it at the right size in the right place!

That should be doable with the RSS widget, although pictures won't show. Just put the RSS feed of the Tumblr in it.
Thanks Raincoaster, but my Tumblr's mostly images, with a few words. They would look amazing streamed to the WP page; but I don't even link most of the posts to Twitter.
