Hi - I'm no longer able to upload a custom header image when I try to customize my blog. In an older account of mine this was possible but since I've created this I've not the option of uploading a custom header image.
The blog I need help with is brownbearharmony.wordpress.com.

Note Images of exactly 940 × 198 pixels will be used as-is and the file types must be one of these jpg/.jpeg .gif .png
