I am just setting up my blog. Looking at the available widgets, I don't see an option for a twitter or facebook widget. Does this mean I cannot add those two to the blog? Thanks for your feedback.

I have tried multiple times to put in a twitter widget using the RSS feed widget (yes, following step by step instructions) and I just cannot get it done right..... http://bigheather.wordpress.com and http://twitter.com/1BigH What am I doing wrong?
