I just switched themes to Twenty Eleven, trying to find something that looks cleaner and more professional, but I hate how the links in the tweets displayed by the Twitter widget now spill out of the sidebar. Is there a way to make it not do this, other than shortening the links in all my tweets? Thanks.

They look find to me, so I would think this is a browser issue.
I'm using Firefox 14.0.1 and I don't see what you report. I see a normal display. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
