Two random observations on support penguins

    I noticed that some penguins are trying to help on the forums. Here are two general issues I have with their conduct.

    1. you need to stay patient answering some basic, stupid question for the bloody 134<sup>th</sup> time. Bite your tongue and carry on nicely although you may think <i>What a moron!</i> Many questions may sound silly to the tech savvy but they are always asked in good faith. People may just get it wrong all the time but you're sopposed to play nice. If you cannot live up to this spare yourself the effort and others the frustration.
    2. If someone else has answered a question, you shouldn't cut in unless you are aware of some unaddressed aspect to the issue. There is absolutely no point in answers like Person A is right.Do what he says.

    No mistake to be made, I appreciate you kids trying to help. But you're sometimes aiming too high.

    And another thing - please don't answer when you don't know the answer. Saying something like, 'Yeah, CSS should probably fix that,' is no help at all to the original poster. Unless you have a concrete solution to the problem, it's best to leave it to someone else.

    Wow! That's possibly the rudest thing I've ever seen on the support forums. Good on Mark - let's hope that's the last we see of Chewy-I've-got-100-different-usernames.

    I think there's a slight misapprehension here. The suggestion, even implicitly, that chewy was posting in the forums to help out is quite incorrect. He was posting in the forum for two reasons: to "piss in all the corners" and show that he's immortal and to appear helpful and kind to newbies who could then be suckered into trusting him and/or supporting him when he gets banned again. He knows as well as we do that those "so and so is right" posts are without real meaning.

    Did I tell you he tried to bribe me with the CSS upgrade? For reals.

    Oh, and does chewy need help? Yes, but the kind he'll find with a qualified professional therapist, not the kind he'll find in a technical help forum.

    You're so right. All those 'answers' where he asked them to email him so he could tell them. Very suspicious.

    support penguins? I thought I'd seen it all - but Cheweyfool taking support questions is just beyond belief.

    Rain I saw that CSS Upgrade comment. I do hope you went ahead and took advantage of him. A fool and his money are soon parted.

    No, unfortunately I did not. I already have the CSS upgrade. I should have made him buy me some gift credits, though. My other blogs need a new pair of shoes.

    How about a forum just for the little penguins? They can either help out each other or if they need real help, then one of you or moderator or administrator can help. At least many of the adults here won't be complaining about kids on the forum and vice versa anymore.

    leave club penguin alone,leave them alone..ahaha i check the website and i though Oo f$#@^ *& stupid ^(()&% &$$. ahahaha i had to censor my toughts of the &%&*G ^&^%$T. I have no problem with them,just give them their own special forum....
