I'm happy with the way my blog looks, and I don't wish to change the theme or the fonts that I'm currently using.
If I don't upgrade to Custom Design, what editing limitations will be in place after the two weeks free trial?
I need to know specifically what I will and will not be able to edit if I choose not to upgrade to Custom Design

Basically, you won't be able to use any of the font selection tools or the CSS editor under Appearance -> Custom Design in your Dashboard.
Ah that's fine, then - I've never used them, so I won't miss them :)
I was more worried about losing basic editing functions for my posts and pages.
