Un-following a blog that I can't log into and delete a blog

  1. How do I un-follow a blog that I was stuck following before making an account and it doesn't recognize my email so I made an account so now I have a blog I don't want and emails from an old blog I don't want to follow? I don't want the blog I made or to be following this blog: http://introdigitalmedia.wordpress.com/

I receive emails still from this and can't make it stop.

    Thank you,
    William

The blog I need help with is williamemerson.wordpress.com.

  3. You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog to delete it. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address so you must be sure you never want to use the blog again if you delete it. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  4. After you recover the account blog you will be able to delete the blog you created.

and click the "Need More Help" link and complete the form for account recovery. https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
