Unable to Access Dashboard & WP very very slow

  1. I am unable to click on the dashboard link when I do I get the this message
    The connection was interrupted

    The connection to ozsportsonlinesports.wordpress.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
    that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    My website is for my work so I need to access the site. If this can not be fixed I will go somewhere else.
    I am also experiencing WP being very slow but I have been told that is normal. Also my bacjground is gone.

    The blog I need help with is ozsportsonlinesports.wordpress.com.

  3. I have deleted all my http://ozsports10.wordpress.com as I could not upload anything to one of my pages. I made a new website and published a new website http://ozsportsonlinesports.wordpress.com/. Now I can't access my dashboard.
    I have also lost my background.

    Can you please delete my website and account I can't wait any longer I have had no help. I need to find another website I can establish a new website. It would be good if WP had an actual support dept. Forums are ok but if you want actual help it is very lacking.

  8. I know that I deleted it!! I was posting items to the site and I would publish it and then view it and it was not there so I tried again and same thing happend. So I deleted it. I then set up another site and published it was ok then I lost my background and then I could not access the dashboard. The new site is http://ozsportsonlinesports.wordpress.com

  9. I'm sorry I didn't look more closely at the link. These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
    clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
    using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
    updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
    confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
    confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
    resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
    then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
    trying another browser

    If those do not work we need to know how are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.

  12. Hi Everyone,

    I think I have found the problem It look's like it might be Mozilla Foxfire causing me grief. I have been able to use wordpress.com through Internet Explorer and no problems. So thank you very much for all your help. I will keep trying with all of your suggestions and see if I can i get back to using it through Mozilla. So I will call this problem resoloved.
