When I click home on my page, I get the following message: "No site configured at this address". What is causing thisl

The blog I need help with is bluecottonmemory.wordpress.com.

  2. I don't see that error message. http://bluecottonmemory.wordpress.com/

It sounds to me like you need to clear your browser cache and cookies > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

When I am on Dashboard and click to go to Home page, I get that message.

  4. What is the exact URL you are on when you receive that message?

I emptied my cookies and cache - restarted my computer - and it still does the same thing. The only way I can go to my site is by clicking on the google search with my blog and a specific post. When maneuvering within my blog, I cannot go to my home page. I can click through the posts in order and search but not go to my home page or go from my dashboard to my blog page. I have to take back doors to get there.

  7. Can you please copy and paste here the exact URL in your Dashboard where you "When I click home on my page, I get the following message"?

Also, please try using a different browser than the one you are currently using and let us know which browsers and versions they are.

  8. I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

In addition to what justjennifer requested perhaps posting a screenshot, uploading it to your Media Library, and returning to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it is a good idea.

    Did I upload it correctly?

  11. Hi there,

I've been looking in to your account and when I click around I've not quite been able to replicate the error which you've been experiencing. I saw the screenshot (and I appreciate you providing it!), but I can't quite make it happen myself.

Could you do me a favour? Could you let me know the precise series of steps which you take in order to get that error, starting with when you type in your site's URL in the menu bar?

Include any buttons or links you click on to get there, and hopefully I'll be able to figure out what is going sideways!

    Thank you much!
