Hi all,
I'm trying to transfer my domain to another domain registrar to move the entire blog. However in the process moving it to namecheap, it says I need to cancel the private whois. When I click on it from the dashboard, it says error and to contact support. We I try to cancel it from the manage domain interface (the one you click from the WP domain management page) it doesn't do a thing.
I'm unsure how to proceed if wordpress and their domain management 3rd party won't release the private info required by the new domain registrar.
Any help would be appreciated.
