Unable to cancel upgrade

  1. $30 was debited from my checking account this week for the purchase of an upgrade. I want to cancel the upgrade, but My Upgrades in the Store is showing no Upgrades and I do not see a cancel button. PLEASE CANCEL MY UPGRADE and refund the money to my account. The reason is that I thought the upgrade would allow me more customization of my blog, but, ultimately, I could not figure out how to use WordPress to create a blog, so went to Blogger and created one instead. Please contact me when the refund has been completed. Thank you. (Note: It has not yet been 30 days since I ordered the upgrade.)

    The blog I need help with is janicedrickey.wordpress.com.

  2. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  3. I am not seeing any upgrade connected to the account that you are posting from. As Timethief hints at, it is likely that you have an additional WordPress.com account that you used to purchase the upgrade initially.

    What is the WordPress.com site URL that this is regarding?
